Crawley parking suspensions
Crawley Borough Council takes bay suspension requests through its MiPermit service. The council says applications must arrive at least 5 working days before the start date, and signs go up at least 2 days before the suspension starts. One bay suspension covers up to 10 metres. A removals van can be allowed in the suspended bay, but you must include the van's registration in the application. Ask us for the registration when you book.

West Sussex County Council says Crawley Recycling Centre on Metcalf Way (RH11 7XN) needs a booked slot if you arrive by vehicle, is closed on Thursdays, and does not accept Luton type vans. Its terms add that staff check your registration against the booking and ask for proof of residency. Clear out by car before we come, so you are not paying to move what you were going to throw away.
